Off Madison Ave, LLC dba LighthousePE, an Arizona limited liability company (“Lighthouse”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it and providing you a full understanding of your information and how it is collected through our compliance with this Privacy Policy.
Commitment to Privacy
Lighthouse offers its Services to third party application developers and business partners (our “Customers”). Our Services allow our Customers to collect, analyze, and act on location data collected from individual devices pursuant to our License Agreement and Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”). Your use of our Services is at all times subject to our Terms of Service, which incorporates this Privacy Policy. Any terms we use in this Privacy Policy without defining them have the definitions given to them in the Terms of Service.
This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from or about you, whether directly or through our Customers and business partners, which includes data and information that we collect through our Services (as defined in our Terms of Service, the “Services”) or that you may provide when you visit our website https://lighthousepe.ai/, including Lighthouse’s services and applications provided thereon (the “Website”). As used in this Privacy Policy, “Services” is inclusive of, but not limited to, the Website. To better protect your privacy Lighthouse provides this Privacy Policy explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used and explains how we may collect, use, store, and disclosure information about the end user (“End User”) of our Customer’s mobile applications that use our Services, as well as our Customers.
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect: (1) on or through our Services; and (2) in email, text, and other electronic messages between you and Services. While this Privacy Policy covers our processing or your information that we gather when you are accessing or using our Services, or our through our Customer’s application, it does apply to the practices of our Customers, or any third party, including through any application or content that may link to or be accessible from or on the Services.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our Services, delete our Customer’s application from your mobile device, or to otherwise opt-out of the specific practices as described herein. By accessing or using the Services or our Customer, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of this Services after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

Children Under the Age of 18
THE SERVICES ARE NOT INTENDED FOR CHILDREN UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE.
The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act protects the online privacy of children under 13 years of age. No one under the age of 13 may provide any information to or on the Service and Customers are restricted from transmitting any personal information of a child under the age of 13 to us including their name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or username which such child may be associated with.
We do not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifying information from anyone under the age of 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Information We Collect
We may collect several types of information from and about you, including information: (1) provided by Customers by which a natural person may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number or any other identifier which is deemed personal information under various laws, rules, and regulations applicable to this Privacy Policy (“personal information”); (2) that is about you but individually does not identify you; and (3) about your internet connection, the equipment used to access the Services, and usage details. We collect this information (i) directly from you when you provide it to us; and (ii) automatically as you navigate through the Services. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies and other tracking technologies.
End User Information
We collect information from End Users automatically as they navigate through our Services on behalf of our Customer (“End User Information”). Lighthouse does not sell or provide access to End User Information to third parties without your consent. We will only use End User Information as described herein and in our Terms of Service or otherwise as necessary to provide the Services to our Customers, and for no other purpose. End User Information includes, without limitation, the following types of data, some of which may be personal information: (i) precise location, i.e. GPS-level data, including latitude, longitude, accuracy, altitude, speed and heading, and time on station (geofence); (ii) mobile advertising identifiers such as Apple IDFA and Android advertising ID; (iii) IP address (including geolocation); (iv) device information, i.e. device make, model, operating system, Apple ID, and Android ID; (v) time zone information; (vi) privacy and general preferences; and (vii) any other information required by our Customer.
We may share End User Information without consent to our: (i) Customers in order to provide the Services; (ii) upon a Customer’s request, with the End User that is the subject of the End User Information; and (iii) our third party service providers or other third parties on Customer’s behalf and request.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to End User Information or to the products, services and applications of our Customers (“Customer Services”), and we are not responsible for our Customers’ handling of End User Information. End User Information is subject to the policies of each Customer, as applicable, relating to the collection, use and disclosure of End User Information. We encourage you to be aware and review Customer’s privacy policies to the treatment of your End User Information. Lighthouse’s use of End User Information is provided by our Customers pursuant to our Terms of Service.
Information You Provide to Us
The information, including personal information we collect on or through the Service may include: (1) information that you provide us which includes information provided at the time subscribing or contracting for our Services, or contacting us through, or any additional information provided that we may ask for if you report a problem with our Service; (2) records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us; and (3) details of transactions you carry out through our Services. This information includes, without limitation, (i) first and last name; (ii) email address; (iii) telephone number; (iv) Customer and Customer contact name and address; and (v) payment information.
Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies
As you navigate through and interact with our Service, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, and patterns, including, without limitation: (1) details of your use of the Services, logs, page view statistics, location data and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the Services; (2) information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address (including geolocation), operating system, and browser type; and (3) your preferences, such as language selection.
We also may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time. The information we collect automatically may include personal information, but we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect directly from you. It helps us to improve our Services and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to: (1) estimate our audience size and usage patterns; and (2) store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Services according to your individual interests.
The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include cookies, Bluetooth Low Energy (BTLE) beacons, web beacons, location metadata, and mobile device-based GPS location by Lighthouse and our affiliates and analytics providers. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the Services, tracking End User movements and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies.
Cookies
A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer as you navigate through our Website. Where required by applicable law, we obtain your consent for the use of cookies. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our Website. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your browser. Certain cookies are essential to enable core Website functionality, and you cannot choose to disable those cookies.
Web Beacons
Pages of the Website and our e-mails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit Lighthouse, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity).
Log Files
As is true of most companies, we may use gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.
Local Storage Objects
We may use Local Storage Objects (LSOs) such as HTML5 content information and preferences. Third parties with whom we partner to provide certain features through our Services may also use LSOs such as HTML 5 to collect and store information. Do Not Track Disclosure

End Users may disable location tracking by deleting the Customer Service from their mobile device.

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information: (1) to present our Services and its contents to you; (2) to provide you with information, products, or services that may be of interest to you; (3) to fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it; (4) to carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection; (5) to notify you about changes to our Services or any products or services we offer or provide through it; (6) in any other way we may describe when you provide the information; (7) to create and manage Customer profiles; (8) provide support and assistance for the Services; (9) resolve dispute and meet contract or legal obligations; (10) protect and deter against fraud, illegal, and harmful actions; (11) to enforce our Terms of Service; and (12) for any other purpose with your consent.
We never use, share, sell or rent the personal information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described in this Privacy Policy without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
We use End User Information: (i) only as necessary to provide the Service; (ii) to improve our Services; and (iii) any purpose with your consent.

Website Tracking Technologies and Advertising

End User Location Data
End Users can opt out of sharing their location by turning off location services or deleting the third party application in which our Services are integrated. On iOS, go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services. On Android, go to Settings > Location. When you opt out of location sharing, the Services no longer collect any location based-data from your device.
End Users can also opt out of sharing their mobile advertising identifiers. On iOS, go to Settings > Privacy > Advertising and turn on “Limit Ad Tracking.” On Android, go to Settings > Google > Ads and turn on “Opt Out of Ads Personalization.”
If End Users opt out of sharing the data with us, the Services provided may be affected and some features may be unavailable.
Additionally, End Users may disable location data collection by deleting the Customer’s application from their mobile device. The opt-out instructions herein are not controlled by Lighthouse and are subject change. If you have questions relating to how to opt-out of any of the above, please contact Lighthouse.
Disclosure of Your Information
We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. We may disclose information, including personal information, that we collect or you provide as described in this Privacy Policy: (1) to our subsidiaries and affiliates; (2) to contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business; (3) to a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Lighthouse’s assets and any preliminary negotiations and diligence thereto, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Lighthouse about our Services users is among the assets transferred; (4) to fulfill the purpose for which you provide it; (5) for any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information; or (6) with your consent.

We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature.
Links to Other Sites
The Website may contain links to other sites that are not owned or controlled by Lighthouse. Please be aware that Lighthouse is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our Website and to read the privacy policies of each and every website that collects personal information.
Service Providers
We use other third parties and other service providers such as an email service provider to send out emails on our behalf or financial processing service providers to process payments made. When you sign up for our Services, we will share your personal information only as necessary for the third party to provide that service.
Business Transitions
In the event Lighthouse goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information will likely be among the assets transferred.

While Customers can always send us an email at [email protected] with a request to access, correct or delete any personal information that it may have provided to us, Lighthouse does not store any personal information of End Users. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active, as required for our compliance with applicable law, or as needed to provide our Services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 and the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 entitle California users to request information concerning the disclosure of certain personal information to third parties. Nevada Privacy Rights
